The Hong Kong Gymnastics and Dance Association was founded in 2020 with the aim of promoting the development of gymnastics and dance to reach a world-class level. The HKGADA also assists the industry and practitioners in their work and development by providing training and support for certification, and organizes competitions, performances, and overseas exchange activities to offer various exchange platforms.

In addition to hosting the annual Brilliant Cup Hong Kong Gymnastics and Dance Competition, the HKGADA organizes teacher workshops for different types of gymnastics and dance, fun days for the public, and local or overseas exchange activities to enhance the development of gymnastics and dance in Hong Kong.

香港體操舞蹈協會於2020創會，旨在推動體操及舞蹈的發展，以發展至世界水平；協助業界及從業員的工作及發展，並提供培訓及協助取得認證；及籌組比賽、演出或海外交流活動，以提供不同的交流平台。

本會除了一年一度主辦閃躍盃香港體操舞蹈公開賽外，還會舉辦不同體操及舞蹈種類的教師工作坊、供大眾的體操舞蹈同樂日，以及本地或海外的交流活動，促進香港的體操及舞蹈發展。
