The HKGADA holds the Brilliant Cup Gymnastics and Dance Competition annually, aiming to promote the development of gymnastics and dance in Hong Kong. Through the competition, participants can learn from and observe each other, thereby enhancing their skill levels.

本會每年舉辦閃躍盃體操舞蹈比賽，旨在推動香港的體操及舞蹈的發展，透過比賽讓各參加者能夠互相學習、觀摩，從而提升他們的技術水平。
