Competition Aim 比賽宗旨

The Briliiant Cup Hong Kong Gymnastics and Dance Competition is a gymnastics and dance open competition. It aims to promote the development of rhythmic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, and dance in Hong Kong. Through the competition, participants can learn from and observe each other, thereby enhancing their technical skills.

閃躍盃香港體操舞蹈公開賽是一項全港性的體操舞蹈公開比賽，旨在推動香港的藝術體操、健美體操及舞蹈的發展，透過比賽讓各參加者能夠互相學習、觀摩，從而提升他們的技術水平。

Competition Format 比賽形式

Participants compete in individual dance routines, with each participant allowed to register for more than one event. The types of gymnastics or dance disciplines may include rhythmic gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, ribbon dance, ballet, jazz, Hip Hop, K-pop, acro dance, and others.

In each individual event, participants will be scored by a panel of judges, and the results will be determined based on the scores, with higher scores indicating better performance.

參賽者以獨舞形式參賽，每位參賽者可報名多於一項的單項賽事。體操或舞蹈的種類可包括：藝術體操、健美體操、絲帶舞、芭蕾舞、爵士舞、Hip Hop、K-pop、特技舞蹈等。

參賽者於每個單項比賽中，會由裁判團評定分數，並依分數高低決定賽果。 

Scoring & Prize 比賽評分及獎項

The panel of judges evaluates participants based on various factors such as difficulties, continuity, musicality, artistry, and expression etc. Each individual event awards the following prizes: Gold Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award, and Best Performance Award. Participants scoring 75 points or above will receive the Gold Award; those scoring between 74 and 55 points will receive the Silver Award; scores from 54 to 35 points earn the Bronze Award. Additionally, the highest score within each group that scores 75 points or above will be awarded the Best Performance Award.

裁判團會按各種難度、連續性、音樂感、表演力、舞蹈感等方面評定分數。每一個人單項比賽中均設金獎、銀獎、銅獎及最佳表現獎。比賽中獲得75分或以上的參賽者可獲金獎；74分至55分可獲銀獎；54分至35分可獲銅獎；而75分或以上的同組別最高分得獎者可獲最佳表現獎。

G6: Age 15 or above 15歲或以上
